Minder Freight Forwarding
Minder Freight was established in 2011. It is a professional freight forwarding company specializing in sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, DG transportation and other value-added services.
We are a first class authorized forwarder of many airlines and have held the NVOCC qualification for many years. Our business covers most areas of Oceania, Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The customer and our company shall recognize the following terms as mutually observed and legally binding agreed terms. The customer indicates acceptance and compliance with the contents of this contract from the date of payment of the freight.
- The customer and the agent entrusted by him/her guarantee that the goods entrusted for shipment shall comply with the relevant national laws and regulations and shall not go against the will of our company. Our company refuses to carry the following items:
- Flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods;
- Cigarettes, drugs or drug-related devices;
- Books, CDS, photographs, sculptures or utensils that are detrimental to moral conduct;
- Items that infringe upon trademarks, authorship rights or intellectual property rights;
- Currency, value-added tax invoices, other tax invoices or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals;
- Live animals, plants or seeds;
- All powder, alcohol and other liquid items;
- Prohibited items subject to export control by the Chinese customs and import control by the customs of other countries, such as food, traditional Chinese medicine materials, etc.
- Goods that do not comply with the provisions of the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", and other administrative regulations, departmental rules and national mandatory standards;
- The customer undertakes that the Company has the right to abandon or refuse to accept items that are not suitable for consolidated transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the true name and value of the items, and items that are explicitly prohibited from being carried, mailed or transported by national laws. Once the above situations occur, the customer shall bear all legal and economic compensation responsibilities arising therefrom.
- The customer and its entrusted agent guarantee to accept and pay the freight rates of the items published by our company and the related warehousing, return shipping and transfer fees.
- If any liquid or solid spills, seeps out or leaks from the customer's goods, or if other goods are contaminated or damaged due to improper packaging of the goods or the goods themselves and other factors, our company reserves the right to hold the customer legally responsible and claim economic compensation.
- Our company does not accept goods subject to cash on delivery.
- Our company only accepts and processes one waybill number and one package of shipment (or multiple items from the store). If the seller provides a waybill number but sends out two or more packaged shipments, our company will refuse to accept the relevant shipments or sign for them. If there are any losses, our company will not bear any liability for compensation.
- Our company reserves the right to know information such as the nature, name, quantity and weight of the transported items, in order to assist relevant government departments and transportation departments in inspecting or investigating the transported items.
- All goods entrusted for shipment by our company will be randomly sampled and investigated. If it is found that the goods do not meet the requirements of this clause, our company will refuse to carry them.
- The staff of our company have the right to inspect the goods. Only when it is confirmed that there are no prohibited items in the goods can the customer and his/her authorized agent collect the goods.

- In May 2013, Hong Kong Minder Logistics Company was founded.
- In December 2014, the logistics management ERP system was fully launched.
- In February 2016, the non-vessel operating common carier (NVOCC) qualification was obtained.
- In June 2019, IATA membership and CASS settlement were achieved.
- In December 2019, the Minder Warehousing Operation Department was established.
